A. Diana’s General Construction was officially established on February 1998. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors issued License # 130298. On May 01, 2003, the company officially changed its entity to Limited Liability status according to Arizona Statutes. This change brought about a new license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors; this new license number became, ROC 186918. In 2024, Jose Garcia’s daughter, Erika Garcia, decided to officially become part of the business. She received her Residential and Commercial Roofing License, ROC 353428.
Who is the owner of Diana’s General Construction?
A. The owner and founder of Diana’s General Construction is Jose Garcia. Jose’s journey in construction began at the young age of 16. His dedication to the craft led him to pursue further training, and in March 1991, he earned his certification in Building and Apartment Maintenance.
Throughout his career, while employed with several companies, Jose also offered handyman services in his spare time, further honing his expertise in general construction. Initially, the backbone of Diana’s General Construction included services like flooring, roofing, painting, and landscaping.
Over the years, Jose discovered a true passion for helping others during challenging times, particularly during storms. This passion ultimately guided the company’s transition to focus primarily on roofing, where Jose and his team continue to provide essential services to homeowners in need.
